In order to ensure continuing and structured education certificates are accurate, we ask that all users enter a certificate identifier and biennium date into the credentials section.
The certificate identifier refers to your ID number from the ASRT, ARRT, or equivalent licensing body.
The biennium is the date by which your CE must be reported to the licensing body. Since CE cannot be carried over from one biennium to another, your biennium date cannot be set to a date further than 2 years in the future. The date will automatically update when the set date is past. Please contact your licensing body if you are unsure of your biennium date. For users licensed through the ARRT, your license number and biennium date can be found by accessing your account at https://www.arrt.org/
Certificates can not be downloaded until the account owner has entered a certificate identifier and biennium date.
The certificate identifier can not be updated once submitted. If a mistake is made while entering the number, please contact support@cloverlearning.com.
Steps for adding user account certificate identifier and biennium date to the certification portal:
- Access your account at www.cloverlearning.com
- Click on your avatar or initials at the top right of the platform page
- Select "Certifications" on the dropdown menu
- Enter your certificate identifier (your ID number from the ASRT, ARRT, or equivalent licensing body.)
- Enter your biennium month and year (biennium date is located on your profile at arrt.org)
