Yes! You cannot earn credit for repeating a course within the same biennium (CE cycle), but the ARRT accepts credit for courses retaken in different CE cycles.

How does Clover Learning handle course resets?

At the start of each biennium, Clover Learning automatically:

  • Resets all  previous post-course assessments, so you can earn a new CE certificate.
  • Resets any previous failed attempts, giving you another chance to pass and earn CE credit.

Can I manually reset a course?

Yes. At the beginning of each biennium, CE users can manually reset the entire course, including:

  • Lesson views
  • Quiz attempts
  • Module assessment attempts
  • Post-course assessment attempts

Important: The reset option is only available if there are no post-course assessment attempts in the current biennium.

What happens when I reset a course?

  • All previous course progress and assessment attempts are permanently cleared.
  • This action cannot be undone.
  • Past activity from reset courses will still appear in reporting.
  • Previously earned CE certificates will remain on your account.

How do I reset a course?

  1. Open the course.
  2. Click the reset icon in the top-right corner.
