This article will provide the most common reasons why a learner cannot see an active assignment in Prep. Please note that assignments appear in Prep only once they have been assigned by an administrator.
Common reasons why a learner cannot see and active assignment:
- Learner is not connected to a group (cohort) - In order for an active assignment to appear in Prep, the learner must connect to a group using a group code. Please reference the "Group Codes - Overview" article for further instructions on how to connect to a group.
- Learner is connected to the wrong group. - In the event you have connected to the wrong group, your active assignments will not appear in Prep. Please reference the "How do I switch from one group (cohort) to another?" article for further instructions on how to switch from one group to another.
- Learner has purchased access through the www.cloverlearning.com website. - If you have purchased a subscription through www.cloverlearning.com you will not have the ability to connect your account to your institution. In this instance, please contact support@cloverlearning.com for further assistance.
In the event you can't see an active assignment in Prep, please contact support@cloverlearning.com, as our team will be able to quickly diagnose the cause and provide you with a resolution.
