Why can I not review the questions from an assignment?

At Clover, we believe that reviewing questions and explanations is a powerful way to reinforce learning. Our platform allows you to review questions and their correct answers after completing assessments or exams within Prep—except when the reserved question bank is used.

Why can’t I review some assignments?

If you cannot review questions on an assignment, your instructor used the reserved question bank. 

• These questions are restricted to maintain exam integrity.
• They are not accessible in Prep or included in any Learn content.
• Questions and answers from the reserved question bank cannot be reviewed after completion.

Why do instructors use the Reserved Question Bank?

The Reserved Question Bank helps instructors:

• Accurately assess student understanding.
• Ensure questions remain secure and unseen before exams.
• Maintain fairness and integrity in testing.

Important Notes

• The reserved question bank is only available to educators through an Institutional License Plan.
• If you attempt to review an assignment created from this bank, you will see a message explaining that the questions cannot be viewed.
