How do I review the questions and answers on an assignment or exam from Prep?

Users can take advantage of the Reporting application within their account to review the questions and answers on assignments and exams completed in Prep. Within Reporting, learners will find tools to review their work as a study aid, as well as a categorical breakdown of their performance, enabling them to better identify weaknesses and direct their studies accordingly.

 

 

How do I review exams I’ve taken in PREP?

To review your exams:

  1. Go to Reporting in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Question Bank you want to review (e.g., Radiography Question Bank).
  3. Set the time period for your report.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view:
    • A summary of your performance in the selected question bank and time period by category.
    • Exams you created and completed on your own.

What can I see in my exam review?

  • Category Breakdown
    • Shows performance by category (aligned with registry exam topics).
    • Includes scores and percentage breakdown for each category.
  • Detailed Review
    • Click the eye icon next to an exam to:
      • Open the exam.
      • See which answers were incorrect.
      • Review feedback for incorrect answers.

How do I review assignments from my instructor?

  2. Under Assignments, you’ll see:
    • Due Date
    • Assignment Name
    • Exam Name
    • Score

What does the lock icon mean?

  • Instructors can create assignments using:
    • Open Question Bank – accessible to all users.
    • Closed (Reserved) Question Bank – restricted for instructor use only.
  • Assignments from the Reserved Question Bank cannot be reviewed after completion.
    • If you try to open one, you’ll see a message:
      “Questions can’t be reviewed because they are reserved.”

This protects the integrity of exams by ensuring you haven’t seen these questions before. It provides instructors with assurance that the exam results are an accurate representation of your comprehension.
