Where can I find my assignments?

Viewing your active assignments in the Prep application is easy! In this article, we will provide you with the necessary steps for viewing your assignments.

 

Note: In order to see assignments you must be connected to your cohort's group on the Clover Learning platform. Connecting to a cohort group is done through the application of a group code. See this help article for instructions. 
 

Where can I find my assignments in Prep?

To locate your assignments:

  1. Log in to Prep.
  2. On your homepage, click Prep (located in the center of the screen).
  3. You will be taken to your Exam page.
  4. Look for the section between Take a New Exam and Exams in Progress:
    • Active assignments will appear here.
    • If you do not have any active assignments, this space will remain blank.
  5. Click Take Assignment next to the active assignment.
  • Note: If the assignment is timed, the timer will start immediately when you click Take Assignment and will continue counting down even if you navigate away.

What happens if I leave the assignment before finishing?

  • If you exit the assignment before completing it, it will move to Exams in Progress.
  • You can return to it from there, but the timer will not pause.

Are there any restrictions on attempts and deadlines?

Yes:

  • You can only attempt each assignment once.
  • After the due date and time, you will not be able to open or complete the assignment.
