What is the difference between the reserved and open access question banks?

The Clover Learning platform contains two different question banks. The open question bank is available to all users on the platform, however, the reserved question bank is available exclusively to partner admin.  Learn more about each question bank below.

Open Question Bank:

The Open Question Bank is available to all users on the platform.

To help ensure effective testing, questions from the open question bank are only accessible within Prep and are not included in any Learn content. When users take exams that include questions from the Open Question Bank, they have the ability to review each question's answer and receive answer feedback.

Reserved Question Bank:

The Reserved Question Bank is only available to administrators who have admin access through their program's partner account.

The Reserved Question Bank ensures that instructors can accurately assess their students' understanding of concepts by implementing special safeguards that maintain the integrity of the questions. These questions are not accessible within Prep or included in any Learn content. Moreover, it's important to note that these questions and their corresponding answers cannot be reviewed by students and administrators.
