We understand that your needs may change over time, so we want to make sure you have the flexibility to choose a plan and renewal frequency that works best for you. You may change both the type of plan and the length of the billing cycle from your within your account settings.
When considering a change to your plan or billing frequency please note the following:

Changes to your billing cycle and plan may impact your ability to access CE assessments and the Prep application.

We cannot provide refunds or account credits based on plan changes.

Some changes will take effect immediately and require additional payment, while others will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

We understand that predicting how a change will impact your billing could be a little tricky. Don’t worry! During the checkout process, you will see when the plan change will take effect and any additional amount due.
Please follow the steps below to change your plan or billing frequency:
- Sign into your account at www.cloverlearning.com
- Click on your profile avatar or initials located in the top right corner of the page
- Click on "Billing & Plan"
- Click on the desired plan.
- Select billing frequency. Note: Options will may vary depending on the selected plan.
- Click on "Upgrade Plan" or "Downgrade Plan"
