How to view the students in a group?

If you need to see which learners belong to a specific group, you can use the Reporting page to filter the learner list by group.

Note: We are working on making it easier to view group membership directly within the platform. Until then, the Reporting page is the best way to see the learners in a group.

View learners in a group

1. Navigate to Reporting.
2. Open either Learn Reporting or Prep Reporting.

3. In the left-side filter panel, your institution is selected by default. Choose the group you want to view.

   

4. In the Learners filter, review the available learners.
   • Only learners who belong to the selected group will appear.

You can scroll through the filtered learner list to see everyone who is currently assigned to that group.
