  • Updated

Overview

Yes—if a student drops from your program, you may be eligible to receive a credit for their unused access.

To request this credit, you must complete the Academic License Credit Request Survey.

Who Is Eligible for a Credit?

To qualify, all of the following criteria must be met:

  1. Request Timing
    • The request must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date
  2. Usage Limit
    • Less than 50% of the license access has been used
  3. Purchase Source
    • The license must have been purchased directly through your program
    • Bookstore purchases are not eligible

How to Request a Credit

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Resources page
  2. Locate the Academic License Credit Request Survey
  3. Complete and submit the survey with the required details

How Credits Are Issued

  • Approved credits are not refunded directly
  • Instead, they are applied as a dollar amount toward your next purchase

Bookstore Purchases

If your access codes were purchased through a bookstore:

  • Credits are not processed through the survey
  • Instead, the bookstore must submit a chargeback request
