What is the difference between the Clover Learning Student and Professional Plans?

Clover Learning Student Plan: The Student Plan provides access to all available and future Learn courses, lessons, and interactive learning tools, all available and future Prep questions banks, and Pulse platform engagement reporting.

Please note: The Student Plan does not include access to post-course assessments or continuing education credits.

The Student Plan is ideal for:

  • Current radiography students

  • Those preparing for the ARRT Radiography registry exam

  • Licensed technologists cross-training in Computed Tomography (not needing structured education credits)

  • Those preparing for the ARRT CT registry exam

  • Any other healthcare student or professional wanting access to our library of video-based courses.

Clover Learning Professional Plan: The Professional Plan provides access to all Learn courses, Prep exam prep question banks, and Pulse platform engagement reporting as with the Student Plan. Plus, the Professional Plan includes access to all available and future ASRT-approved post-course CE assessments.

The Professional Plan is ideal for:

  • ARRT-credentialed technologists needing ASRT-approved continuing education credits

  • Technologists requiring 16 hours of CT structured education credits

  • ARRT credentialed technologists in search of CQR prescription credits


Please note that not all courses offer ASRT-approved CE at this time.


How long do access codes remain valid?

Your unredeemed access codes will remain valid until they are redeemed. 

If you have unredeemed access codes from a previous purchase we recommend holding onto those access codes and using them for a future cohort. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding access codes, please contact your Customer Success Associate, and they will be happy to assist you.


Will my students have the ability to upgrade from a Student to a Professional Plan?

No, the plan associated with the access code can not be upgraded or downgraded. Once their access has expired, they will have the ability to purchase a different plan directly from the Clover Learning website or receive a new access code.


What is your refund policy?

If your Institutional Licenses meet the following criteria, you will receive a credit in the form of a dollar amount which will be applied to your next purchase:

  1. The request must be received within twelve (12) months of the purchase date of the Institutional License(s) for which the credit is being requested.

  2. Less than 50% of the access granted by the Institutional License has been used.

  3. The Institutional License(s) must have been purchased directly through the program. Bookstore purchases do not qualify for credit.

Do I get access to new platform content, updates, and features as they are released?

Absolutely! Since the Clover Learning platform is a web-based application, any new features, content, or updates are immediately available to all learners and admins with active platform access.
