Are all your courses listed as “Expired” in Learn? If you are a RadTechBootCamp user, has your Prep tool disappeared? If so, your access has probably expired.

Direct Purchase From Clover Learning’s Website

In this case, your access has expired due to subscription cancellation or simply reaching the end of your access purchase. *See below for note regarding failed payment.

To regain access, you will simply need to purchase more through our website: https://cloverlearning.com/products

In the purchase, please be sure to log into your current account rather than creating a new one. This ensures that all your course engagement will carry over to the new subscription.

 

*If you have a monthly subscription but did not cancel the subscription, your payment probably failed. You will need to either replenish the funds in your account or update the card on file. Check out this article for steps on updating your card. 

 

Please note that our billing system will reattempt the charge on an automated schedule - it may take a couple of days for your subscription renewal to go through. For faster assistance, please contact support@cloverlearning.com.



Access Obtained Through School

Academic partners (schools and institutions) will secure set periods of access from Clover Learning which they disperse to students and employees in various ways. Your access expires when you reach the end of this period.

 

If you are still a student, you will need to extend the academic access linked to your school. Please reach out to your program director who will be able to help you coordinate the extension of your access with Clover Learning. They don’t really extend their access. I would suggest saying something along the lines of: you will need to reach out to your program director and inform them that your access has expired. They will provide you with a new access code or work with Clover Learning to get you one as soon as possible. 

 

If you have already graduated, you will simply need to purchase more access through our website: https://cloverlearning.com/products
